We currently ship across Egypt.

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with your tracking details.

Please make sure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. JRAVI is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping details.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unworn and unwashed.
  • All original tags and packaging are intact.
  • The product is returned in its original condition.

Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage cannot be returned or exchanged.

EXCHANGES

We're happy to exchange your item, subject to product availability.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been worn or washed.
  • Products without original tags or packaging.
  • Items damaged after delivery.
